We often think of moving to that area but wonder also about the cold. We don't mind the snow but would not like it if we could not stay warm inside. Is heating your home to a comfortable degree cost prohibitive? We live in the south and probably spend more money on air conditioning in the summer. The heat is unbearable. Enjoy your visit to Texas.
